Cloud Consultant

Purpose of the job:

As Cloud Migration Services (CMS) part of T-Systems, we are specializing at accompanying our customers on their Cloud adoption journey. Whether it’s a transition from different Cloud or it’s their first time moving from on premises to Cloud, we are there for them to safely guide them through all stages of their transformation because we understand what it takes to become a part of a digital future with innovative solutions.

Your main accountabilities:

  • Define cloud strategies, migration roadmaps and building cloud governance models. You will help our global customers to successfully adopt public cloud to support their strategic goals.
  • Help customers shape their journey of adopting AWS, Azure or GCP and provide them with technical and strategic guidance to accelerate their cloud transformation.
  • Lead customer engagements from pre-sales to delivery and act as link between the customer, sales and technical project team.
  • Conduct customer workshops to understand technology and business drivers and present technical concepts.
  • Work with our Product Managers to continuously improve our Cloud Adoption portfolio providing insights on customer projects and market trends.
  • Advise on technology and strategic vision, define cloud adoption and migration strategies and hand-off to architect and migration teams.

Your desired profile:

  • English – advanced / German – advanced (advantage)
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience with public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure or GCP)
  • A deep technical understanding of public cloud technologies and practical experience in public cloud adoption and migration
  • Experience with advocating and implementing Cloud Adoption Frameworks on AWS, Azure or GCP and other meaningful best practices
  • Familiarity with application discovery tools and cloud migration software is asset but not essential
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Very high motivation and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

HR Specialist for Customer Services

Key Responsibilities of the function:

  • Provides support for Deutsche Telekom Services Europe in the field of Customer Services and relevant HR topics and processes.
  • Process HR tickets by using our workflow management tool, following German law and labor agreements of Deutsche Telekom Group and finishes them in high quality and due time.
  • Communicate with customers by e-mail or phone to answer their individual questions.
  • Support Product Management to improve our HR products and to create an excellent customer experience!
  • Report IT incidents and foster best possible solutions.
  • Practice close cooperation with other departments
  • Maintain process documentation and special procedures in our knowledge management system.
  • Process critical issues and complaints to meet our customers’ needs. Use escalation procedures if necessary.
  • Provides training for the new joiners if necessary
  • Offers support on difficult and complex topics to their junior colleagues
  • Addresses process difficulties to Process Manager
  • Answers employees’ and managers’ inquiries using the Knowledge tools
  • Supports in the development of Frequently Asked Questions based on the identification of updates or new requirements
  • Suggests methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures, and technologies
  • Works independently within the framework of defined processes
  • Ensures one’s own orders to be finished on time
  • Assists other departments based on business needs

 

Experience and Skills required:

  • Preferably a bachelor’s degree or student.
  • HR related background is a plus.
  • Knowledge in handling information processing systems (Ticketing Tool, SAP HR, MS-Office) required
  • Customer service focus and strong interpersonal skills required
  • Language skills: German fluent in speaking and writing, English is a plus
  • Experience with customer contact (by phone, written or personal) required
  • Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner

Internal Auditor

The Internal Auditor will be a part of the DT Group IA department and will perform national and international audit assignments, based on the audit standards and DT Group Methodology.

The Internal Auditor will draft reports presenting audit findings by risk categories, explain the reasons behind, agree and follow up remediation plans and close findings within reasonable time.

Ideal Candidate:

    • Minimum 2-3 years of internal audit experience, in a multinational company or in Big 4 companies
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT or another relevant field
    • Good analysis and reporting capabilities
    • Knowledge of Computer Assisted Audit Techniques would be an advantage
    • Advanced English language
    • German language would be considered an advantage and will be briging enhanced career opportunities to the applicant
    • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
    • Strong analytic and problem-solving capabilities and the ability to identify solutions and recommendations that effectively address audit findings
    • Ability to work collaboratively with team members across multiple divisions, departments, and cultures

    Will be considered an advantage:

    • CIA and CISA certifications,
    • Experience in different types of audits ( including IT related audits, IT security audits etc).
