From financial to procurement and HR, the mix between all these key ingredients is what’s winning at the end of the day. Because we’re always striving to get things done and by ‘done’ we mean always finding the best possible solutions – no compromises. That’s the mindset we live by every day and that’s what keeps us going.


Our HR department offers services in German, Croatian, Slovak, Greek, Polish and Czech for our clients within the DT Group. The services we offer are recruitment, contracting, employee data administration and learning & training registry administration.


Our reporting department is the fastest growing and most strategic part of our company. Our team’s capabilites are financial & process consultancy, technical & business support and technical & business development.


As it says in the name our department manages our company’s finances. The main functions generally include budget planning, organizing and accounting. We are the first line of defense in budget approval.


In our procurement department we develop the contract management process. This means we procure external and internal service providers on behalf of internal requests. We also procure temporary workers.
