Job Description:

  • Answers employee, manager or candidate inquiries using the Knowledge tools and system available at the Front Office
  • Forwards employee inquiries to Tier 2 specialists when specific, in-depth functional knowledge is required
  • Completes simple Human Resources and Payroll related transactions
  • Documents and follows up all employee inquiries, issues and transactions
  • Recognizes unusual events or consistent problem areas and work with Team Lead to resolve
  • Works as a team member focusing on customer service
  • Suggests methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures, and technologies
  • Assists with the implementation of programs, policies, and services provided by the HR Shared Service by acting as an employee’s first line of contact
  • Performs review of Frequently Asked Questions to identify steps needed to answer customer inquiries
  • Supports in the development of Frequently Asked Questions based on the identification of updates or new requirements

Recruitment Specialist with German

Responsibilities

  • Creates job requisitions and selects predefined selection tools, methods and channel
  • Handles posting to standard channels and agencies in line with locally defined guidelines
  • Handles all incoming job applications (email, paper and through the system)
  • Screens candidates (data quality, qualification, special conditions, online tests)
  • Creates candidate reports and ensures recruitment statistics
  • Organizes interviews
  • Performs reference and pre-hire checks
  • Communicates project status to candidates and maintains and updates candidate database
  • Answers questions from all stakeholders related to recruitment process

Remote BI Developer

Responsibilities

  • Interface with reporting experts within the Record to Report department in Germany
    and with the internal clients / users to clearly understand the requests and requirements for the application in scope.
  • Integration of management requirements with the central Deutsche Telekom platforms (using standard software tools).
  • Maintain and support data analytics platforms (e.g. MicroStrategy)
  • Creating or connecting the data source in order to retrieve it in the Microstrategy/ Infor BI Application Studio.
  • Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting
  • Evaluate and improve existing BI system (MicroStrategy)
  • Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses
  • Create visualizations and reports for requested projects
  • Prepare and deliver ad-hoc requirements on Operational TL / Internal client’s demands.

Requirements

  • Business experience in controlling, accounting, management reporting,
  • Experience in one of the BI systems (SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Lumira, Tableau, Qlik Sense, Power BI, Microstrategy is an advantage, etc)
  • Comprehensive skills with Access and VBA programming/ Experience in OLAP databases or any multidimensional databases is beneficial.
  • Experience in MOLAP databases Infor MIS Alea, Oracle Essbase,SQL
  • Knowledge about the central key performance indicators used within a big company.
  • Ability to diagnose & address/debug application issues.
  • Language: Fluent written and spoken English, German skills would be an advantage
