Alina is a true multitask-er. She is our devoted office manager and hospitality & events ambassador in Timisoara. Besides being up to date with the site manager’s agenda, doing other administrative tasks, she also runs her small ice-cream business, Joy. In between her busy schedule, we’re happy she had time to quickly answer a few questions.
How long have you been working here?
I am working for a little over 1 year in DTSE Romania.
Describe your usual day at work.
My usual day at work is a mixture of really diverse activities, which are engaging, dynamic, and rewarding.
It implies phone calls, email, tracking our site manager’s agenda, moving between our two locations, solving different administrative tasks, talking with our colleagues and contributors, and the list could continue.
Now, that we’re working from home, my schedule changed a bit. I still need to go to the office sometimes, but thankfully, I can solve most of my tasks from home. I’m also a mother, so it’s quite a challenge for me to split between work and my child, but so far so good. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention, since I was “afraid” I would have too much free time, I started my own little family business with homemade ice-cream, Joy.
What you love the most about your job?
I love my job because it’s dynamic and I can do plenty of diverse tasks.
What’s your favorite thing about DTSE Romania?
DTSE Romania is a great place to work because the company focuses on the well-being of its employees. Since I interact with many colleagues, one of my favorite thing about DTSE Romania is the team.
