Specific responsibilities for Consultant Adobe Document Services:

  • Adobe Document solutions development & customer consultancy
  • Implementation steering of Adobe document solutions
  • UX project support e.g. Pega/HRcules
  • PDU Business steering in Romania

Experience and Skills required

  • You are experienced in digitization of Adobe documents
  • You have knowledge or/and experiences with development & implementation of UX / Customer journey related IT solutions
  • You have knowledge in programming by HTML5, Java, Java Script or similar high-level languages
  • You completed an IT-related or Business-related apprenticeship or gained appropriate competencies
  • You are familiar with business & capacity steering
  • You quickly grasp new fields of activity and implement innovations
  • Own initiative, high reliability and a solution-oriented working method complete your profile
  • Good knowledge of HR IT, HR processes & services
  • English (fluent)
  • German is a great advantage
  • Other languages are a benefit (Slovakian, Czech, Rumanian, …)

Senior Employee Experience and Process Design Project Manager

Experience:

• You are experienced with design of processes at global level using various HR Technologies (Workday, ServiceNow, DocuSign, etc.)- minimum 3 year experience
• You feel comfortable in the driver-seat when it comes to design and roll-out various HR technologies at global level
• You are able to translate processes into business requirements, organize UAT Testing with stakeholders, prepare testing cases and sign-off
• It would be nice if you have experience in a Shared Service Center Organization and fast-paced digital transformation working environments
• You have strong ability to prioritize, be flexible through changes, have a strong drive in implementing new processes and structures of complex content
• We communicate in English so it is mandatory, German is preferred, any other European language we consider a plus
• Process Mapping in Visio and/or similar tools is and experience that will help you
• University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Consulting, Information Systems or similar

Responsibilities

• Harmonize and optimize HR business processes to enable the business to be more efficient and to concentrate on the strategical activities
• Design and implement Global HR Processes and localize them where needed, standardizing and implementing new technologies within HR focusing on Customer Experience
• Migrate new processes at global level and to the operational teams in the Shared Service Center
• Take ownership of the processes, prepare and align the design with all stakeholders, define the business requirements and ensure all technologies are implemented as designed
• Drive Process Workshops with various stakeholders, understand complex technology set-up, propose and implement best practices and solutions
• Prepare and drive User Acceptance Testing, Enablement Sessions with various stakeholders
• Work with various technologies within HR and know how to best design them in order to achieve the best Customer Experience

Experience

• You have 4+ years experience in HR, program/project management and/or HCM Implementation, definition of data governance for HR Tools and technologies

• You have a successful track record driving projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

• You are highly organized, are able to work independently, to prioritize and work under pressure on a number of projects at the same time

• You are a self-starter with a strong drive, bias for action and result oriented

• You have a University Degree in Human resources, Business Administration or similar

• You are fluent in English, German and any other European Language is a plus

Responsibilities

• In this role you will be the key driver of various HR Projects (digitalization and innovative HR technologies, Transformation and Shared Service Center Set-Up, Talent, Performance and Compensation Projects implementation)

• Translate the initiatives into Project Plans, monitor and steer the projects and ensure all milestones and requirements are tracked

• Ensure Project Timelines, actively monitor risks and ensure communication and mitigations

• Establish partnership with business leaders and operational teams, technology teams, and wider stakeholders to earn trust and drive goals and project completion

• Maintain the relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure engagement and effectively utilize the best tools available
