Objectives of this Role

·       Source senior level, highly specialist candidates for leading global businesses, covering the European and International markets

·       Screen and interview candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates to clients

·       Consult with clients on overall hiring strategies and tailor your approach accordingly

·       Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments

·       Build and develop your client portfolio, providing expert consultation to ensure repeat business

·       Generate new leads and clients using your network of contacts

·       Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

·       Liaise with clients to understand role requirements in order to source the most suitable candidates

·       Write and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media and any other relevant channels

·       Source, screen and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles

·       Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)

·       Build a candidate CRM to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified candidates – ensuring candidate data is kept updated

·       Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals

·       Keep up-to-date with new technological trends in order to form strategic conversations with clients on future hiring needs

Skills and Qualifications

·       Proven work experience in recruitment – ideally as a Technical Recruiter

·       Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts)

·       Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

·       Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network

Preferred Qualifications

·       Degree in HR, communications, marketing, business or similar

·       2 years IT or Tech recruitment experience in a 360 agency role

·       Strong experience in sales, business development or client development roles

Senior Data Scientist for Time Series Forecasting

We are a small team in a big company, mainly adopting agile methodology. We provide Data Science solutions for internal customers inside Deutsche Telekom and our skills and solutions are continually in high demand. Therefore, we want to increase the size of our team with additional technical people that know how to process and analyze data so we can serve and satisfy needs of even more customers.
We are looking for somebody who can work independently, create working solutions quickly, creatively come up with new ideas, but also knows how to use and where to look for existing solutions. Our project members are also situated in Germany, Slovakia or Romania so video conferencing is the daily standard.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • You will be applying machine learning approaches like analyzing and visualizing data in Python to provide business insights for internal customers of the Deutsche Telekom group
  • You will prepare training & evaluation pipelines and apply state of the art Machine Learning approaches to improve processes in Finance (Controlling, Treasury, Accounting), Procurement, HR, and others
  • We create data-driven business solutions for our customers. You will be the one creating them and possibly deploying them to production, teaching your customers how to use them, and providing support/maintenance
  • You will be responsible for the technical part in your projects designing & implementing prototypes of innovative applications in Python – our usual projects are in the areas of Time Series, NLP, Classification, Visualization
  • You will cooperate with the business side including your active contribution in customer workshops, meetings, and calls so the ability to explain technical points to business colleagues is a crucial part of this job, as is a consultant’s mindset
  • You will participate in team brainstorming sessions, code reviews, and pair programming sessions
  • Depending on the use case, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of tools and technologies like SAP, Scikit-learn, Keras, Spacy, Docker, Kubernetes, Flask or Tesseract and BI dashboarding tools like MicroStrategy, Qlik, Tableau, … knowledge of these is helpful
  • You will have the chance to identify possible use cases for automation and data science, innovative ideas are welcome

Competence Profile

 

  • Language: Fluent written and spoken English, German skills would be an advantage
  • Education in the IT field would be beneficial
  • 2 or 3 years of working experience with Data Science projects, preferably with Time Series forecasting
  • You are good at coding in Python
  • We work with Jupyter Notebook, SAP and SAP HANA studio, experience with these tools is more than welcome but not necessary
  • You are aware of and willing to apply Agile methodology (Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.)
  • IT area sounds good to you, but business process management is something that seems to be interesting too (Financial Controlling, Procurement, Human Resources)
  • You are not afraid to ask questions when something is not clear or point out when something seems inefficient to you
  • You are an analytical thinker, have an affinity for structure, grasp things fast and work systematically
  • You can develop working solutions quickly and you get things done

HR Reporting with German

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in a cross-functional environment (Finance and HR)
  • Responsible for delivering and coordination of HR reports and other reports within the framework of the Group standard, according schedule for segment Germany (nationally and internationally):
  • Error analysis within the framework of the incident procedure of HR SPOT (SAP BW)
  • Maintenance of GH0-reporting-structure incl. required mappings (Forecast, restatement, OZT 8901)
  • Design and coordination of ad hoc queries
  • Segment consultancy regarding organizational changes and feasibility in HR SPOT (SAP BW)
  • Consultancy of national and international customers regarding reporting topics
  • Ensuring data quality and data load in HR SPOT (SAP BW)
  • Understand and evaluate customer`s requirements and implementation into reporting products
  • Feasibility analysis and implementation of further developments and new designs of reports in HR SPOT
  • Ensure data privacy and compliance rules
  • Execution, analysis and evaluation of benchmarks
  • Develop definitions for requirements of the HR processes and -system
  • Support HR-planning and Total Workforce Management within segment DE
  • Participation in planning and coordination of measures for the standardization, harmonization, compatibility and interoperability of the HR IT- systems
  • Setup of methods and systems for the corporate-wide HR-segment reporting

Competence Profile

  • Graduate degree in business administration or information systems
  • Business experience with management information systems / reporting systems
  • Understanding for SAP architectures and experience with multi-dimensional data modelling
  • Experience within the SAP Frontend-Tools / SAP BW is a plus, Excel knowledge mandatory
  • Knowledge about the central key performance indicators used within a big company.
  • Ability to diagnose & address/debug application issues.
