SAP Consultant – Data Model

Job Description

  • Developing a global, standardized HR Master Data Model in the HR IT landscape
  • Alignment regarding requirements for data model with various stakeholders across IT and business in Germany and Segment EU NatCos
  • Documentation of the developed data model in standard templates
  • Developing mappings between the new data template and data models in various legacy systems
  • Implementing data model in the chosen central ERP system
  • Consulting Management on data-related topics

Ideal Candidate

  • University degree in IT, Business administration, Economics, Mathematics or a comparable education
  • Relevant job experience (min. 3-5 years) in the analysis and design of data models – ideally in the area of HR or in consulting
  • Sound technical understanding and affinity to IT
  • Understanding of Big Data and complex IT architecture
  • Agile Mindset and experience in agile collaboration
  • Advanced know-how about SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM or comparable IT Products
  • Strong communication skills in German and English with the ability to enthuse stakeholders
  • Willingness and ability to travel 30% of the time – when we do not have CORONA

Digitalization Expert – HR Transformation

Job Description

  • Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate various approaches to standardize, harmonize and simplify the DT HR IT landscape
  • Analyze impact of architecture choices on HR Processes, Usability and adjacent systems
  • Develop project plans and roadmaps to translate IT strategy into a tangible IT implementation
  • Involve relevant stakeholders and moderate diverging interests towards a joint approach
  • Collaborate in the design of HR Blueprint Processes
  • Contribute to the entire implementation process as part of an Agile Team
  • Consult with business to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives
  • Participate in meetings with various international stakeholders

Ideal Candidate

Job Overview

Within DTSE Romania, the Digital Solutions team provides the highest quality of business solutions.

We are currently looking for talented Digitalization Expert to join our team. The Digital Solutions Team provides administrative solutions, technical solutions, and system setups with quality and innovation. It is very important that our team members take initiative to identify problems, and have the right mindset and skill set to solve them.

Job Objective

Support in the development of the digital strategy from the strategic conception to the operative; market and technology research as well as multiplier/technical contact person/consultant for topics around digitalization to ensure know-how transfer and digital progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Being involved in designing and implementing the digital strategy, from strategic design through to operational implementation
  • quality assurance/rollout monitoring
  • Evaluating digitalization projects in quantitative/qualitative terms
  • Identifying, selecting, and implementing relevant digitalization trends and concepts, including devising appropriate draft resolutions
  • Acting as a multiplier and specialist contact on issues related to digitalization in order to ensure knowledge transfer and digital progress
  • Identifying and evaluating digital, disruptive business models
  • Carrying out market and technology research as well as competition analyses
  • Advising the business, including management, on process designs that can be automated
  • Assisting in and providing advice for change processes
  • Managing strategically aligned projects

Ideal candidate:

  • Knowledge of the building blocks of successful IT-Project and program management
  • Knowledge of the SAFe model
  • Knowledge of the practical approach to implementing concepts
  • Predicting costs and benefits (business case)
  • Compliance with commitments and deadlines / deadline management
  • Quick grasp of key elements during customer meetings and submitting appropriate solution proposals and next steps according to use cases
  • Understanding of goals and clarity about customers impact and scope
  • Visualization and simplification of complex issues via PowerPoint according to the recipient
  • Structured approach and vision in establishing new solutions and products
  • Knowledge and experience of system layer models
  • Strategic skills to develop a target architecture from given system environments and parameters (e.g., cost savings, customer satisfaction, futureproofing) and present a process model
  • Knowledge of the basics and interrelationships of database systems and table structures
  • Recognize processes and interrelationships and analyze them for possible digitization potentials
  • Knowledge of SAP HR/Employee Central (Gui, infotypes, tables, time types, reports, processes, interfaces etc.)
  • Be able to separate business issues from technical perspective
  • Understanding of IT-Systems as a means of implementing business requirements
  • Recognize potential for retirement and simplification of business processes from a comprehensive system perspective
  • Identify risks and develop countermeasures
