Alexandra is one of our Process Experts, located in Timisoara. She is part of our team for 3 years now and does an amazing job. Let’s find out more about her tasks and about her favorite things about the company.
How long have you been working here?
I work at DTSE since October 2017, that means 3 years now.
Describe your usual day at work
When I used to go to the office it was like this: I came to the office, opened my laptop, read the e-mails and after that, I used to gather with my colleagues for 10-15 minutes, for the morning coffee break (I miss those days), and after that, I started to work. At lunchtime, I used to eat together with my colleagues, make jokes with them and besides work, we used to have a lot of fun time together. Sometimes we used to go out for lunch and from time to time we used to hang out together in the evening, after work.
Now, I open my laptop in the morning, read my e-mails, and after that, I sometimes chat a little with my colleagues.
What you love the most about your job?
I love the team. There are great colleagues, leaders, and managers here in DTSE Romania. I also love that my job requires a lot of contact with other people, from other departments, which is a good start in creating a bond between our departments.
What’s your favorite thing about DTSE Romania?
There are a lot of things which I like at DTSE Romania and one of these things is the empathy shown from the management side. One example is that during the corona pandemic we are allowed to work from home, and so we feel protected and cared about.
Other things are:
- our wonderful parties (Christmas and Summer parties);
- the bonuses;
- the flexible program;
- the deserts which we receive during holidays, aka our Sweet Moments day (Halloween, Woman’s Day, Valentine’s Day, and so on);
- the friendly environment.
What advice would you give to someone interested in a job at DTSE Romania?
Just join us! In DTSE Romania you have a lot of chances to grow and develop yourself in the business area and not only. I and many other colleagues are real proof.
