IT Recruiter

Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for the Active Sourcing strategy and sourcing of professionals with a focus on IT functions
  • Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes in IT field– sourcing, screening, phone interview and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
  • Supporting HR Manager and HR peers in other HR areas, as per needs.
  • Contribute to continuous development of recruitment and selection process
  • You take over the research, identify potential candidates on business and careers networks and undertake the targeted approach as well as conducting telephone interviews
  • You are responsible for the active and target-group-oriented candidate search and approach, using our candidate pool and as required, job boards and social networks
  • You will conduct the first telephone interviews with interested candidates and assist our specialists during the recruiting process as a competent contact person
  • You are responsible for applicant management and you build a candidate network to keep an eye on the applicant market
  • If necessary, you identify and use new sourcing channels and sources for the successful identification of potential candidates
  • You develop search strategies together with the responsible recruiter and the business to identify suitable IT professionals (including SAP experts, IT architects, etc)
  • Maintain awareness of best practices in searching, sourcing tools and talent pools and recruiting, bringing innovative ideas to the recruiting team
  • Write periodical reports and specific documents regarding the recruitment projects

Your profile:

  • Studies in psychology, HR, communications, marketing or a comparable field of study or similar qualification
  • 3 -5 years of professional experience in search/active sourcing with apersonnel consultancy/talent acquisition or executive search in IT/Tech area
  • High social media affinity
  • Routine use of research tools or databases (eg Xing, LinkedIn, job boards, etc)
  • Experience with different search strategies & techniques
  • You enjoy candidate research and exchange via the Internet, databases and telephone, candidate screening as well as experience in direct addressing and conducting structured telephone interviews
  • Must possess a collaborative style and the demonstrated ability to partner with a variety of colleagues across many geographies, countries, and levels
  • Excellent knowledge in spoken and written English, German is a plus
