Purpose of the job:
The goal of the project is to modernize the internal controlling and forecast software and processes of Telekom Deutschland GmbH using a new state of the art cloud-based forecasting software. You will join the project as we are in the phase of setting up the platform and relevant operational processes. You will drive the digitalization of our finance department.
Your main accountabilities:
- Analysis of business requirements and create reports for how these business requirements can be addressed by the relevant software
- Conceptualization of common pain points in the project and recommending solutions to address these
- Continuous knowledge sharing with relevant team members to avoid knowledge gaps
- Meaningful contribution to process improvement within the new controlling software
- Design Cubes, Dimension, KPIs and especially Reports
Competence Profile:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, Mathematics or a related degree
- 2+ years of relevant experience as a Solution Designer or in a similar role
- At least 1 year of experience working in Reporting and Planning software
- Experience for designing dashboards/reports in one of the BI systems (SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Qlik Sense, Power BI, Microstrategy, IBM Cognos Analytics, Jedox, Excel)
- Comprehensive skills with Access and VBA programming/ Experience in OLAP databases or any multidimensional databases is beneficial
- Language: Fluent written and spoken English and German
