CSR, Health & Eco Activities in DTSE Romania

Corporate social responsibility is equally important for the community as it is for the business. CSR initiatives can help forge a stronger bond between employees and corporations, boost morale, help consumers better resonate with your business, improve various aspects of society and aid both employees and employers in feeling more connected to the world around them. In fact, there is a study that shows 71% of consumers prefer purchasing from companies that support a cause that aligns with their values. That’s why when you are building your company’s CSR initiatives it is important to understand who your customers are and what they care about.

Support for Ukraine!

We take further action in response to the terrible situation in Ukraine.

DTSE Romania stands behind the citizens of Ukraine, and like many others, we want to offer our support and solidarity

in a meaningful way by donating the amount of 5000 Euros to the Romanian Red Cross Association.

It’s time to prove once again that we are stronger when we stand together.

Around the DTSE in 18 Days – European Customers Edition

The challenge not only stands for us as a strong European team overcoming every border, but also for a joint activity for health and a good cause.

DTSE Romania donated 885 Euros from the international competition “Around DTSE in 18 days” to the C.O.P.I.I. Association.

DTSE RO – Tree Planting

We financed the planting of trees in Chirnogi, Calarasi, within the “Adopt a tree” initiave. This area struggles with hectares of desertified land,

one of the problems we face due to climate change. 12 colleagues participated at the event; they planted in total 700 trees.

On top of our participation, DTSE Romania donated 500 Euros to Viitor Plus Association.

DTSE Cleaning Squads – International CSR Contest

This initiative raised the importance of recycling and keeping our community clean. There was a photo challenge involved and the winner

could donate the money to an association of their choice. Romania participated in the international competition and won 2nd place.

The prize money was donated to the P.A.V.E.L. Association, a NGO which supports parents who have children with severe illnesses.

Let’s go to the Color Run 2022 – Bucharest & Timisoara

Our colleagues participated in The most colorful race, known as the “Happiest 5k on the Planet – Kaleidoscope Tour”.

This euphoric 5 km run had only one rule: have fun. We acquired cool participation kits for each of our colleagues, consisting

of the official T-shirt, a medal, temporary tattoos, colorful powder, a bandana, sweets and beauty products.

DTSE Secret Santa 2022
Together with the help of our colleagues and our Secret Santa donations initiative, we managed to gather the amount of 655 RON and donated it to the Copacul cu fapte bune Association. DTSE also donated the amount of 500 Euro.  The money was used for buying Christmas gifts for children who are in the Casa Cristina program, Vaslui county. 🎁🎁🎁 During these difficult times, it’s important to support children who do not have a home or a family and are in constant need of help. It’s important to be helpful all year round, not just for Christmas. 💝💝💝 Thank you for contributing to this CSR campaign and for making children in need believe in a better future!

DTSE School supplies Donation Campaign

We organized a week of school-supplies donation campaign at our offices in Bucharest and Timisoara.

We managed to gather with the help of our colleagues, a lot of pens, pencils, crayons, erasers,

backpacks, notebooks, markers, lunch boxes, rulers, scissors, glue and other school supplies.

Everything we collected, will go towards Asociația Hai să ajutăm! (București) and Asociația C.O.P.I.I (Timișoara).

DTSE Romania will also contribute with a donation of 250 EUR for each association!

DTSE Soccer Cup

The International DTSE Soccer took place between June 01 – 02, 2022. DTSE Romania’s team was composed of 6 colleagues.

We encouraged both women and men to participate at the DTSE Soccer Cup in Koln. We participated at the event with a mixed team.

It’s moving time | We are giving away the office furniture!

We relocated our HQ and donated most of our office furniture and many office supplies, office desks, chairs, roll-boxes, etc.

to an NGO and to our colleagues to help them and improve their work at home job.
