Applicable law. Disputes
The rights and obligations of users and Deutsche Telekom provided by these Terms and Conditions, as well as all the legal effects that these Terms and Conditions produce, shall be construed and governed in accordance with the applicable Romanian law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Terms and Conditions will be settled amicably. In case of impossibility to reach an agreement, the dispute will be solved by the competent Romanian court located in the territorial area of Bucharest.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Deutsche Telekom has the right to amend at any time and in any way any or all of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, without any prior notice and without being obliged to perform any other formality towards the users. Any modification will be deemed to be fully and unconditionally accepted by any of the users by their simply using or accessing the Website, occurring at any time after the operation of the modification, and the non-acceptance of any modification would result in the user’s obligation to cease accessing the Website immediately and/or using the services.
