Job Description
- Developing a global, standardized HR Master Data Model in the HR IT landscape
- Alignment regarding requirements for data model with various stakeholders across IT and business in Germany and Segment EU NatCos
- Documentation of the developed data model in standard templates
- Developing mappings between the new data template and data models in various legacy systems
- Implementing data model in the chosen central ERP system
- Consulting Management on data-related topics
Ideal Candidate
- University degree in IT, Business administration, Economics, Mathematics or a comparable education
- Relevant job experience (min. 3-5 years) in the analysis and design of data models – ideally in the area of HR or in consulting
- Sound technical understanding and affinity to IT
- Understanding of Big Data and complex IT architecture
- Agile Mindset and experience in agile collaboration
- Advanced know-how about SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM or comparable IT Products
- Strong communication skills in German and English with the ability to enthuse stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to travel 30% of the time – when we do not have CORONA
