Digitalization Expert – HR Transformation

Job Description

  • Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate various approaches to standardize, harmonize and simplify the DT HR IT landscape
  • Analyze impact of architecture choices on HR Processes, Usability and adjacent systems
  • Develop project plans and roadmaps to translate IT strategy into a tangible IT implementation
  • Involve relevant stakeholders and moderate diverging interests towards a joint approach
  • Collaborate in the design of HR Blueprint Processes
  • Contribute to the entire implementation process as part of an Agile Team
  • Consult with business to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives
  • Participate in meetings with various international stakeholders

Ideal Candidate

  • University degree in IT, Business administration, Economics, Mathematics or a comparable discipline
  • Relevant job experience (min. 5-8 years) in IT Implementation projects or Process Design and –optimization – ideally in the area of HR or in consulting
  • Sound technical understanding and affinity to IT
  • Strong Analytical skills and methodological approach to problem solving
  • Understanding of Big Data and complex IT architecture
  • Agile Mindset and experience in agile collaboration
  • Advanced know-how about SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM or comparable IT Products
  • Strong communication skills in German and English with the ability to enthuse stakeholders
  • Willingness and ability to travel 30% of the time – when we do not have CORONA
